Processing complies with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova, as well as with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We do not ask for your consent in order to reply to you. When you fill in a test drive or contact form, we process your data because you asked something of us — not because you ticked a box. Consent is used only for analytics, advertising and commercial communications, and there you can withdraw it at any time.
03Who receives the data
We do not sell data to anyone. We share it only with the providers we need in order to operate, each contractually bound to protect it:
- our hosting and email provider, for storing the website and delivering messages
- Cloudflare, for website delivery and security
- Google, for web analytics and advertising, if you accepted those categories
- Meta, for advertising, if you accepted the marketing category
- partners involved in organising an event you register for, strictly for event access
These providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova. In such cases we rely on contractual safeguards and on the providers' own compliance mechanisms.
The Meta Pixel
For data collected through the Meta Pixel, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. act as joint controllers. Meta is responsible for the subsequent processing of that data and for handling your rights in relation to it. You may exercise your rights either with us or directly with Meta. The pixel is activated only if you accept the "Marketing" category.
04How long we keep the data
The periods are in the table under section 2. On expiry, data is deleted or anonymised automatically. If you become a customer, contract data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus the statutory tax and accounting periods.

Write to us at [email protected]. We respond within one month. So that we do not hand your data to someone who is not you, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
